Nigel Wray attended my most recent wedding almost ten and a half years ago and he is my friend. Or I really hope that he still is. I do not wish that to change but the optics of the proposed takeover by Belluscura (BELL) of TMT Acquisitions (TMTA) now look terrible for him and he should insist that it be renegotiated. I flagged this up in Bearcast yesterday but I now dig deeper and bring in comment from Evil Banksta who is short of Belluscura.

Today I look at Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR), Ariana (AAU) and Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV). Then at Pantheon Resources (PANR) and at ADVFN (AFN). Finally Evil Banksta has sent me this Bulletin Board post below on Technology Minerals (TMI). I have always been bearish on this stock as any company in any way linked to Chris Cleverly is always a dog with fleas. The post below looks to be kosher, thought it may not be, so, I suspect, does not alter the bear case and my target remains 0p.

Today Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL) warned that it could easily go bust. It must have known that nine days ago, it is just only now that a prospectus is ready that it has had to ‘fess. Yet just nine days ago, knowing what was coming, disgraced CEO Arthur Millholland was ramping hard with a paid for interview on Proactive as you can see below. Shame on Proactive for failing to ask any tough questions of the old rogue. Call yourself journalists? You are just low life investment street hookers. As for Arthur, words fail me. He is a disgrace and should be forced to resign for ensuring folks lost money in this way.

My problem, as ever, is being to much of a nice guy. So, generously, have long argued that Cineworld (CINE) shares might be worth 2p. And I stay with that view after yesterday’s Chapter 11 news. Evil Banksta,, being a bankster, is by definition not a nice guy and so has been even more bearish. He stays short and bearish and argues that, in a best case scenario, the shares are going to 1.5p. Firstly, I am delighted to say that NoGold has been in touch about the £50 bet. Good man. Then I reflect on G3 Exploration (G3E) in light of Evil Banksta’s excellent piece yesterday. It is now more than six years since I ignored a certain amount of pressure and published the Bloody Dossier HERE. Under the Roger Lawson rules I would not have published. I am, again, vindicated. I comment on Anglo African (AAOG) and will have more to follow on toxic David Sefton and Iconic (ICON) later. Today’s news moves Lyin’ James Draper of Bidstack (BIDS) one place up my target list. I look at Online Blockchain (OBC) in detail and also at Fulham Shore (FUL) where the numbers look all wrong and which is, I fear, an accident waiting to happen. The £65 million valuation is crackers.

VSA is house broker to Obtala (OBT) so is not impartial. Neither am I as we own a small number of shares following a Dragon's Den pitch as the 2017 UK Investor Show.
